Global Master Data Senior Coordinator - Data Management: your future position?
As a Global Master Data Senior Coordinator - Data Management in our Budapest office, you will manage master data and monitor process to identify potential delays, extract, analyze and mass-load master data in our core systems. You will support continuous improvement, contributing to improve service levels in the business by making master data available.
You will report to the EDM Team Lead
Main responsibilities
Daily activities
- Data Management – Master data creation and maintenance activities in the given service level, Information Management daily activities execution in the given service level
- Master data service requests – execution of reports and mass uploads
- Issue resolution requests execution related Data and Information Management
- Run proactive monitoring and follow-up on activities related to the expected activities
- Support the business in master data and information management related matters
- Perform process- and data quality-analysis, and correction activities
Process related activities
- Contribute to Master Data Projects & Change Requests
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solution
- Propose process improvements – idea management
- Support projects and data cleansing activities
- Task coordination activities following the requirements of Team Lead/Manager
- Maintain documentations
People, collaboration
- Be a contact person for key internal and external stakeholders for operational topics
- Build relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or by email
- Mentor the new team members/ training team members
- Deliver training to the team for new processes being implemented
- Be the reference for the Juniors
About you:
- College or University degree
- Fluency in English
- 3+ years of relevant experience in function-specific role or equivalent
- Relevant process experience
- Experience in a shared service environment is an advantage
- Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tool
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Experienced in ETL tools and processes
