Global Strategic Talent Sourcer Your Future Position?


The role of Strategic Talent Sourcer within our Executive and Strategic Talent Sourcing Function is freshly created to harmonize our combined approach of workforce planning, talent engagement, selection, and assessment efforts globally. The position will play an instrumental role in transforming the operating model into a pro-active talent engagement and attraction force that is capable of anticipating short and long term business needs by building Talent Communities, leveraging on market intelligence, and partnering with the senior leadership in our key functions on a regional and global scale.


This is a strategic advisory function, focused on global stakeholder management and project management of high-priority and niche recruiting assignments while combining market intelligence that ensures we offer a new scale of recruitment solutions to our Taste and Wellbeing & Fragrance and Beauty divisions.


Your main responsibilities to exceed in this position comprises these 5 key elements:  
Workforce planning
•    Working within the ‘Build/Buy/Borrow’ stage of workforce planning, bringing market knowledge and expertise to the discussions by deciphering needs from wants and initiating sourcing strategies while engaging Givaudan’s Talent Communities across key business functions


Strategic Sourcing

•    Designing and executing a roadmap of talent identification and engagement measures in close alignment with Senior Business Leads, HR Business Partners and with the Executive Sourcing Lead


Assessment and Selection

•    End to end project management of niche recruitments: Maintaining regional oversight of the progress of international recruitment initiatives to ensure hiring activities are synchronized with business needs. Driving execution, accountability, and working with management regionally to identify, attract, engage and assess best in class talents


Stakeholder Advisory

•    Involve and include senior stakeholders in relationship building where appropriate. Develop and maintain business acumen and fruitful  relations to top stakeholders to simultaneously understand the changing dynamics of the organization


Network Engagement

•    Act as a Talent Acquisition Ambassador and contact person to key talents interested in joining Givau-dan today or in the future. You’ll be responsible for mapping and look after networks and talent pools for key recurrent roles in close collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition team.
Your talent profiles for this role:

•    A minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience ideally gained combining recruitment agency and in-house recruitment experience
•    At least 3 years’ of end to end life-cycle management experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Biotech industry and a proven track record in a multinational organization in a Senior Stakeholder facing position
•    Experience creating and managing search strategies, mapping markets, and gleaning industry insights

•    Knowledge of social media and social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, job boards, and professional organizations
•    Strong analytical, research skills and ability to leverage tools and technology to analyze data
•    Highly developed Influencing and relationship building skills in a matrix environment: Natural affinity to “define the direction the car takes, without being on the driver seat”
