About the Role:

As a Global Supply Chain Analyst your overall mission is to perform Supply Chain analytics and reporting activities in accordance with the quality standards of the business. You will support high level management decision making by providing up-to-date information using business intelligence tools and technologies.

 

You Will:

  • Deliver analytical and reporting products based on business requirements
  • Design effective, scaleable and sustainable data pipeline, maintain updates
  • Create informative layout and visualisation
  • Manage expectations on the project, gather feedback and use sufficient version control
  • Deploy the end-product, execute change management when neccessary
  • Interprate and communicate results
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators, detect issues in the earliest stage possible and notify business stakeholders
  • Act according to the teams governance principles: ensure integrity, quality, complience and timelyness
  • Provide technical support for peers
  • Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders, and communicate effectively
  • Adherence to policies and procedures

 

You Have:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or equivalent field
  • 1+ year of experience in analysis and supply chain
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English effectively in a business setting
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with stakeholder management


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP ECC 
  • Experience with data analysis and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Webi, Power BI)
  • Experience with programming languages (VBA, VBS, Python, R, SQL)
  • Experience in a shared service center
  • Academical knowledge of supply chain or business intelligence
