HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor and member of our HR Team in Budapest, you will manage the delivery of a full range of human resource services. You'll support employees of all levels in the organisation, provide HR expertise in a broad range of business situations, find prompt and efficient solutions to requests received via the phone, email or chat. Besides, you will handle contract management and onboarding coordination as well. Your broad HR experience, combined with practical standard procedures will ensure you to provide the most suitable solution.

 

In this role, you are likely to discover that no two days are exactly the same. If you are hands-on, proactive and HR professional, here is our exciting role for you:

 

Handling: a broad range of customer queries from multiple channels such as email, chat, phone, online request forms.

 

Maintaining: employee data throughout the full employee life-cycle process, keeping processes smooth, data quality high, while providing a great customer experience during the process. You will support contract documentation activities as well on a daily basis.

 

Serving: customers until requests are resolved. Where required partner with other HR colleagues to seek additional inputs and advise. At the meantime, you will be also involved into on-boarding coordination.

 

Improving: processes quality and efficiency by applying continuous improvement techniques, working closely with HR colleagues, collecting feedback, Service level agreements and Indicators, and keeping process documentation and knowledge base up to date.

Your professional profile includes:

 

University or College degree
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position in the field of HR
Fluent English and additionally another European language is a plus
Good command of Microsoft Excel
Customer-oriented attitude and composure
