Head of Global Recruitment Solutions - Your future position?

 

You will manage the service delivery linked to the recruitment sub-processes in scope for the Global Recruitment Solutions sub-stream to provide efficient, customer-focused and simple solutions and services to Givaudan employees. You will lead Regional Managers. You will be a member of the GBS HR Lead Team.

 

You will be based in Budapest, Hungary and reporting to the Head of Functional Delivery Global HR.

 

You will:

  • Be responsible for all operational aspects of relevant areas in scope (Sourcing, Assessment & Selection Support, Recruitment Administration, Offer Management, Proactive recruitment)
  • Strategic planning aligned with the business objectives
  • Provide guidance and direction to the Recruitment service delivery team in achieving the agreed service levels
  • Secure efficient service delivery: accountable for smooth E2E recruiting process execution within GBS HR scope.
  • Monitor performance for relevant end-to-end sub-processes against operational targets (according to service level agreements and PIs) and to resolve gaps
  • Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and mitigation actions
  • Ensure compliance to company policies
  • Support the Head of Functional Delivery HR in completing tactical governance agreement
  • Own documentation, and management of end-to-end employee life cycle HR processes in scope
  • Collaborate with the CoE Talent Acquisition to complete and embed the global talent acquisition strategy, best practices, policy and employer branding in the relevant talent markets, processes and departments
  • Be a global key account manager for senior leaders and get involved in the hiring of selected senior positions
  • People Management & Team Development: Lead, coach, motivate and develop managers
  • Perform goal setting and performance review for managers
  • Perform hiring, goal setting and performance evaluation and manage / develop talents
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build collaborative and professional partnerships with HR colleagues and other partners
  • Be an escalation point for process / system issues and questions as per the GBS HR Service Management Framework
  • Budget Management: Provide cost and resource requirements as budget input based on request from Head of Functional Delivery HR
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the management and service delivery of relevant 3rd party vendors and oversee the agency usage.
  • Training and Knowledge Management
  • Oversee the relevant process documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and shared within knowledge management
  • Ensure the assigned team understands the latest HR processes relevant to rewards, compensation and its understanding of the organizational strategic direction and has the necessary training to complete them
  • Enable collaboration among different HR teams for knowledge sharing and to deliver an integrated employee experience
  • Improvements
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for relevant sub-process area in close collaboration with GSEs, HR Solution Optimization team, COEs, HR project teams.
  • Advocate for process improvement and identification of efficiencies
  • Lead improvement identification activities within the team and encourage the team to work with a CI mindset

 

You?

  • Diploma: University degree in HR / business or related field
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Professional experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition
  • 5+ years experience in team-leading role (direct reports in multiple locations, remote teams)
  • Recognized as an expert in sub-functional field
  • Experience with large ERP systems/cloud-based HR solutions
  • Hands-on experience on process and tools implementation
  • Experience with Phenom is a plus
  • Ability to travel
