IM&S R&F Intern- Your future position?

As a IM&S R&F (Indirect Materials& Services, Requisition& Fulfillment) intern, you will provide support to the IM&S R&F team leaders to ensure smooth execution of main responsibilities.

• Sort of incoming requests and forward them to the right internal team
• Daily operations in IM&S R&F management:
• Manage incoming IM&S PTP related employee and vendor queries by relevant communication channels (e-mail, instant messaging tool, service management tool)
• Sorting of incoming requests and forward them to the right internal team
• Support PO creation, follow-up
• Handle late deliveries, eventually contact the suppliers by phone
• Answer supplier phone calls eventually
• Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution following service levels and Customer satisfaction

Your professional profile includes:

• Ongoing college or University studies for at least 1 year (preferably in related field)
• Fluent English
• Approaches interactions with a helpful and responsive attitude
• Customer focus
• Contribute positively to group efforts and team dynamics
• Interest in procurement
• Experience organizing tasks to meet goals and deadlines
• Good data entry/ typing speed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
