Overall Mission:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Indirect Materials & Services R&F team. In this role, you will provide essential support to team leaders, ensuring the smooth and timely execution of key responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into our operations. You will be reporting to the IM&S R&F Team Leader based in Budapest.

You will: 

Support the day-to-day operations in IM&S R&F management:

• Manage incoming IM&S PTP-related employee and vendor queries via relevant communication channels (e-mail, instant messaging tool, service management tool)
• Sorting incoming requests and forwarding them to the right internal team
• Support PO creation, follow-up
• Handle late deliveries
• Support users with regard to workflows and approvals
• Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution in line with service levels and Customer satisfaction
• Making POA follow-up calls

Your profile:

• College or university degree in progress
• Languages: Fluent in English and preferably in French
• Good data entry/ typing speed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
