IM&S R&F Intern - Your future position?

As a IM&S R&F Intern in our Budapest office, you will support to IM&S R&F  team leaders to ensure smooth and timely execution of key responsibilities. In this role, you will directly report to the Team Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage incoming IM&S PTP related employee and vendor queries via relevant communication channels (e-mail, instant messaging tool, service management tool)
• Sorting of incoming requests and forward them to the right internal team
• Support purchase order (PO) processes, including creation, monitoring, and follow-up activities.
• Address and mitigate delivery delays, ensuring smooth supply continuity.
• Assist users with workflow and approval processes, providing clear guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Analyze and resolve queries end-to-end, maintaining service level commitments and maximizing customer satisfaction.

You have:

• Ongoing university studies in a Hungarian university

• Fluent English and French level

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
