IT Communication and Change Manager

 

Overall mission:

 

The IT Communication & Change Manager is important in supporting Givaudan's IT organization by guiding communication and change strategies for global programs and projects. Reporting to the GBS & IT Communication Manager, this mid-senior role is instrumental in enhancing IT's visibility, successfully adopting IT-driven change, and encouraging a connected and engaged workforce across Givaudan.

 

You will:

 

Change Management:

 

  • Develop change management strategies for IT programs, ensuring agreement on IT and organizational priorities
  • Support the adoption of IT initiatives by addressing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, and building commitment at all levels
  • Partner with IT leaders and project teams to embed change management practices into project planning and delivery
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and develop tailored interventions to manage resistance and promote engagement
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication and change programs

 

Strategic Communication

 

  • Develop communication plans that support organizational priorities and change programs
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing counsel on communication and change approaches
  • Develop targeted messaging for global partners to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality communication materials
  • Develop campaigns to promote awareness and engagement for main projects
  • Gather employee feedback and conduct sentiment analysis to ensure continuous improvement

 

You:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Organisational Change, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in internal communications and change management with a focus on IT or technology-driven organizations
  • Experience managing communication and change programs in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Expertise in engaging and influencing all kinds of stakeholders across diverse regions and functions
  • Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation projects and implementing communication strategies to increase adoption
