Indirect Materials and Services Operational Buyer - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?

 

Overall mission:

 

Our mission is to provide support to colleagues and vendors in case of PTP related questions and ensure a smooth execution of main responsibilities in PTP as outlined under the tasks

Take direction from the Manager and the Team Lead in the PTP team on specific tasks

It is a centralized role focused on assigned vendors or categories, accountable and responsible for the entire Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F) processing

Manage indirect materials and services (IM&S) availability and resolve plan/region specific issues to ensure security of supply

You will be based in Budapest and report to the IM&S R&F Team Lead

 

You will:

 

  • Release Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfillment instructions defined by the global Category Managers and within quality and time constraints

  • Track and follow up Purchase Order deliveries to ensure security of supply

  • Manage import licenses and end-use certificates for concerned materials

  • Manage all incoming PTP related user and vendor queries via relevant communication channels (phone, email, instant messaging tool, service management tool)

  • Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution following service levels and Customer satisfaction

  • Take ownership and coordinate issue resolution across streams

  • Provide guidance to users for all systems (SAP, SRM, service management tool)

  • Support users with regards to workflows and approvals

  • Provide training and offer assistance through phone and chat

  • Support PO follow-up

  • Support manager with task allocation, measurement reporting and operational review

  • Mentor and support the new joiners and team members

 

You:

 

  • College or University degree

  • Fluency in English and French in written and verbal form

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement or Customer Service within an international environment

  • Broad knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SRM,FI, PM, MM), Procurement tools (Catalogue) and workflows

  • Understanding of business and PTP policies, process and work instructions

  • Service management

  • Good data entry/ typing speed

  • Reporting experience
