Indirect Spot Buyer (French Speaker) - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?

Overall mission:

As an Indirect Spot Buyer, you will manage the sourcing of indirect services and materials following category strategies. You will be located in Budapest, and you will report directly to the Spot Buy Manager.

You will:

• Perform sourcing activities within the assigned scope (spot buy and project-based) according to Givaudan sourcing strategies

• Contribute to technical projects in the region (EMEA), achieve savings, and support risk management compliance

• Develop tactical sourcing strategy for specific assigned categories to achieve savings and establish process efficiency and sustainability

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and company partners. This includes supplier relationship management and managing partner relationships

• Manage transactional activities related to sourcing (including purchase order handling, reporting, supplier follow-ups)

• Support and automate the stocked items procurement process

Your professional profile includes:

• University Degree: Bachelor of Business Administration, Accountant, Engineering, or Economist

• Fluency in French and English languages

• Professional experience: 2 or more years of experience in a similar position

• Desirable experience in SAP, e-Sourcing

• Must be customer-focused, team-oriented
