Integration Change & Communication Specialist

About the role:

 

We are looking for dynamic professionals looking to enrich their career journey by participating in a global integration project with companies recently acquired by Givaudan. The duration of those projects would typically be for 2 years. If you think you can be a good addition to our Global team, you can apply for our Integration Change & Comm. Specialist role. 

 

You will:

 

Change Management:

  • Develop subsets of the overall Change Management (CM) strategy, plan, approach and methodologies for the business transformation projects
  • Deliver key change activities and required capabilities along the transformations, applying a structured methodology 
  • Maintain the change agent network structure, and support and track the implementation
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness 
  • Establish and maintain mechanisms to monitor and measure change progress and success
  • Prepare CM reports and timelines to support project milestones

 

Communication & Content Development:

  • Develop content for internal communication tools e.g. newsletter; Q&A, social intranet
  • Create announcements and articles related to project milestones and team appointments
  • Prepare presentation decks with project progress and CMC updates for stakeholder briefings
  • Build/contribute to presentations used in Global and Regional Updates

 

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Identify key stakeholders, measure stakeholder commitment and readiness, and recommend actions
  • Manage stakeholder map for each project and review it from time to time
  • Be the first point of contact for Site Change Managers and act as a global escalation channel
  • Organise and drive engagement sessions with local stakeholders to discuss implementation progress and change impact

 

Your professional profile includes: 

 

  • University degree in communications or proven track record in similar function
  • Fluent English, knowledge of any additional foreign language would be an advantage 
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in change management related roles
  • Experienced user of MS Office packages, Google Workspace and quickly adapting to new systems
  • Solid business understanding and strong attention to detail
  • Prosci Change Management certification would be an advantage
  • Flexible and able to travel (<25%)
