Learning Coordinator (fixed-term) - Your future position? 

As a Learning Coordinator you will ensure smooth end-to-end execution of learning solutions at Givaudan by providing technical and logistic support such as LMS set-up, managing communications, arrangement of learning materials, coordinating with the program facilitators, administering participations and managing post training activities etc.

You will be based in Budapest, Hungary (hybrid role) and will report directly to the Global Learning Solutions Lead. 

This contract is a fixed-term maternity cover for 2 years.

 

You will:

 

Service Delivery 

  • Handle customer queries/requests

  • Schedule and administer Learning & Development onsite/online courses based on Givaudan global learning calendar

  • Ensure that all the materials and logistics are in place (e.g. participant registration invitations, training room booking, etc).

  • Follow relevant SOPs during the lifecycle of the courses (e.g. administering participants, recording history, sending reminders, etc.)

  • Participate in global learning related projects (e.g. training matrix management, global learning roll-outs) by providing technical support and updating LMS, in collaboration with seniors

  • Coordinate among the various parties in case of new learning request in collaboration with local HR and L&D CoEs

  • Assist in the upload and maintenance of online learning courses and programs to our LMS

  • Engage with learners and HR by providing support during the learning registration, prework, logistics, and evaluation process

  • Administer post-training survey to gather feedback on program effectiveness

Knowledge and Content Management

  • Upload content on learning management system and update the latest versions of the material

  • Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures

  • Manage SOPs are in place and updated for learning related processes

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with vendors as necessary (e.g. managing training materials, logistics, scheduling courses, online solutions etc.)

Reports

  • Run training reports via LMS and present insights to seniors, requesters

 

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • College / University degree

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as HR coordinator/admin

  • Fluency in English

  • SAP knowledge 

  • Intermediate MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools

  • Ability to pay close attention to details

  • Good communication skills

  • Understanding of legal regulations (eg. Copyrights), corporate policies and work instruction

  • SuccessFactors or LMS experience is an advantage
