Overall mission:

 

  • You will coordinate and fulfil Finished Goods (FG) allocations to the various sales orders for the production plants in scope. Ensure adherence to FIFO principles and customer specifications while being accountable for execution to avoid shortages. Detect and resolve any FG allocation issues.
  • Manage FG availability and address plant or region-specific issues to guarantee a secure supply.
  • Take direction from the Supply Chain Plant Manager and other team members regarding specific tasks

Main responsibilities:

 

Day to day operations in Planing- Customer Fulfillment area:

 

Order Coordination:

  • Allocate Sales Orders (SO) and Affiliate orders (STO) from stock based on FIFO and customer requirements
  • Track and follow up Sales Orders to ensure security of supply
  • Communicate the SO related updates to the Customer Care to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Contribute to stock adjustments in the appropriate ERP system
  • Record daily Indicators and report them to the Supply Chain and Plant Manager

 

Issue Resolution:

  • Monitor and review closely critical orders and involve the relevant partners for risk mitigation and improvement
  • Support investigation of SO delays with Production Planing
  • Implement improvement action plans discussed/agreed with Supply Chain and Plant Managers
  • Manage monthly pull-in request from Customer Care to increase the revenue

 

Contract Management:

  • Reserve stock for open SO and collaborate with Production Planning to ensure enough stock level for possible future SO
  • Create Push-stock orders
  • Manage the OTDR on contract PO’s
  • Validate SO volume and time schedule of the forecasted customer orders
  • Establish a continuous improvement mind-set
  • Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or by email
  • Follow service levels
  • Observe policies and procedures

 

 

Education / Primary Qualification:

 

  • Diploma: College or University degree
  • Languages: fluent in English, French or German knowledge is considered as a plus
  • Professional experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement R&F RM, Experience of knowledge transfer activity,
  • RM Planning or Production Planning experience, SSC/GBS experience is an advantage

 

Technical skills :

Software skills: Experience of ERP system handling (MM, MRP) and Procurement tools, experience of MS office,
