About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and data management.
This test position is intended for validating system workflows and should not be treated as an active job opening.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
Coordinate recruitment steps including posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and induction programs.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and processes.
Collaborate with the payroll and benefits teams to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in HR reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional communication in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Confidentiality and respect for data privacy.
Experience with HR information systems is a plus.
