PTP Services Support Analyst

As a PTP Services Support Analyst, you will provide support to requestors and vendors in case of Purchase to Pay-related questions, and ensure smooth execution of key responsibilities. If you decide to join us, you will be located in Budapest, and report directly to the PTP Services Support Team Lead.

 

In this exciting role you will:

  • Manage the incoming PTP related employee and vendor queries
  • Forward the requests to the responsible team if necessary
  • Analyze queries and perform end to end query resolution in line with service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership and coordinate issue resolution across streams if required
  • Provide guidance to internal employees for PTP systems (SAP, SRM, service management tool)
  • Support PO delivery date issue resolving
  • Handle Accounts Payable related requests

 

Your professional profile includes:

  • You have a College or University degree
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Fluency in one of the following languages is an advantage: French, German, Spanish
  • You have 0-3 years of relevant experience within an international environment
  • You are familiar with relevant SAP modules and workflows
  • If you have experience with business and PTP policies, processes, and work instructions it is an advantage
