Payroll Support Specialist
About the Role
To support the GBS HR Global Payroll Services team to resolve payroll related queries and requests by applying procedures. Be an escalation and processing contact for payroll matters following the agreed operating model. Engage with external or other 3rd parties, in providing defined services. You will be based in Budapest, Hungary.
You Will:
- Participate in payroll implementation and transition projects as Subject Matter Expert
- Handle customer requests on payroll, escalated by the GBS HR Services team
- Support the payroll implementation project globally by performing testing and data migration
- Create Standard Operational Procedure documentation and training it across the organisation
- Collaborate with other members of the HR organization
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and research inconsistencies in the information before resolving customer queries in payroll
You Have:
- College or University diploma in business administration, economics or similar
- 5 years of working experience in a similar field
- Excellent English, additional European language
- Work in a shared service or multinational environment,
- Significant experience in payroll processing and payroll projects
- Experience working in a constantly changing environment
