Procurement Contract Management Coordinator - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?

Overall mission:

• Support category managers in STC (Source-to-Contract) activities. Support Procurement in contract administration and ensure operationalization of contracts through content management.

• Ensure overall consistency in sourcing data and the correct daily execution of the main responsibilities in contract administration and content management, in accordance with the requirements specified in your job description.

• You will be based in Budapest, reporting to the Procurement Contract Management Team Lead.

You will:

• Support contract creation and maintenance, provide ad-hoc analysis, and templates to category managers

• Monitor Contract consumption and manage Quantity re-allocation

• Monitor sourcing data automatic creation, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate resolution with multiple teams (EDM, Quality, Regulatory, and Category Manager)

• Maintain sourcing data for global products (PIR / SL)

• Monitor consistency of sourcing data and coordinate agreement with category managers and planning teams

• Monitor accuracy and maintain Category cards (Cat Man resp --> Global/Regional: source assignment rules / Spot Buy: sourcing instructions)

• Vendor/Material Qualification process monitoring

• Support material localization

• Support with ad-hoc projects related to the scope of responsibility

• Establish a continuous improvement mindset

• Provide support for Junior colleagues

• Adherence to service levels

• Adherence to procedures

You:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration

• Fluency in English

• Advanced knowledge of contract (lifecycle) management tools, SAP is preferred.

• Understanding of STP process and contracts of procurement contract content Service management
