Procurement Contract Management Coordinator Intern - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?

 


Overall mission:

 

  • Support category managers in STC activities

  • Support Procurement in contract administration and ensure  operationalization of contracts through content management

  • Ensure overall consistency of sourcing data

  • Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in contract administration and content management according to the requirements specified in your job description

  • Taking direction from the Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks

    Contacts:
    Head of STC value services, Category Manager, Spot Buyer, Vendor, Supply Manager, R&F Team, DTC & supply chains stakeholders 

  • You will be based in Budapest, reporting to the Procurement Contract Management Team Lead.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Day to day operations in the raw materials area: 
    - Support material localization
    - Monitor sourcing data automatic creation, troubleshoot problems and coordinate resolution with cross functional teams (EDM, Quality, Regulatory, category manager)
    - Maintain sourcing data for global products (PIR / SL)
    - Monitor consistency of sourcing data and coordinate alignment with category manager and planning
    - Monitor accuracy and maintain Category cards (Cat Man resp --> Global/Regional: source assignment rules / Spot Buy: sourcing instructions)
    - Support contract creation and maintenance
    - Support the team on ad-hoc reports related to the scope of responsibility

 

  • Establish a continuous improvement mind-set
    Adherence to service levels
    Adherence to policies and procedures

 

You:

 

  • Ongoing university studies, preferably in Business Administration or a comparable discipline

  • Fluency in English

  • Software Skills: Advanced Level of MS Office
