Procurement Content Management Coordinator - Your future position?
Support category managers in STC activities, procurement in contract administration and ensure operationalization of contracts through content management. Ensure overall consistency of sourcing data, correct and daily execution of main responsibilities in contract administration and content management according to the requirements specified in your job description. Taking direction from the Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks. Report to Procurement Content Management Team Leader.
In this role you will:
- Day to day operations in the raw materials area:
- Support contract creation and maintenance, provide ad-hoc analysis and template to category managers
- Monitor Contract usage and manage Quantity re-allocation
- Monitor sourcing data automatic creation, troubleshoot problems and coordinate resolution with teams (EDM, Quality, Regulatory, category manager)
- Maintain sourcing data for global products (PIR / SL)
- Monitor consistency of sourcing data and coordinate alignment with category manager and planning
- Monitor accuracy and maintain Category cards (Cat Man resp --> Global/Regional: source assignment rules / Spot Buy: sourcing instructions)
- Vendor/Material Qualification process monitoring
- Support material localization
- Support with ad-hoc projects related to the scope of responsibility

Your professional profile includes:
- Diploma: University degree preferable in business administration
- Languages: Fluent in English, additional good in French or German preferred
- Professional experience: 1 + years of relevant experience in comparable role
- Software skills: Advanced knowledge of contract (lifecycle) management tools, SAP; advanced
- Understanding of STP process and operationalization of contracts and procurement content
