Procurement Contract Management Coordinator Intern - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?
Overall mission:
Support category managers and local buyers in Source to Contract activities
Support Procurement with sourcing data maintenance through contract management
Ensure overall consistency of procurement related sourcing data
Ensure correct and daily execution of main responsibilities in contract administration and content management according to the requirements specified in your job description
Take direction from the Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks
You will be based Budapest, reporting to the Procurement Contract Management Team leader (#LI-Hybrid)
You will:
- Support contract creation and maintenance in our systems
- Follow up procurement contracts including life cycle management and the monitoring of changes
- Maintain sourcing data for packaging materials (Purchasing Info Record - PIR)
- Support the team with multiple workflows
- Manage procurement catalogs
- Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate resolution with different teams
- Support on ad-hoc projects related to their scope of responsibility
- Communicate with internal partners by phone or by email
- Establish a continuous improvement mindset
- Provide agreed service levels
- Follow procedures
You:
- Have ongoing studies at a Hungarian University
- Are fluent in English
- Can work around 30 hours/week
