PTP HelpDesk Agent (French Speaker) - Your future position?


Providing support to requestors and vendors in case of Purchase to Pay related questions. Ensuring smooth and timely execution of key responsibilities in Purchase to Pay HelpDesk as outlined under responsibilities. Taking direction from the Team Manager and others in the Purchase to Pay  team on specific tasks.


You will:

•    Manage the incoming PTP related employee and vendor queries via relevant communication channels (phone, e-mail, instant messaging tool, service management tool)
•    Forward the requests to the responsible team if necessary
•    Analyze queries and perform end-to-end query resolution in line with service levels and Customer satisfaction
•    Take ownership and coordinate IM&S or Accounts Payable related issue resolution across streams if required
•    Provide guidance to internal employees for PTP systems (SAP, SRM, service management tool)
•    Support PO delivery date issue resolving
•    Handle Purchase Order Acknowledgements
•    Handle Accounts Payable related requests: payment reminders, delivery stop, proof of payment, remittance advice issues, etc.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Diploma: College or University degree
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French
  • Professional experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Accounts Payable/Customer Service within an international environment
  • Software skills: Knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SRM, FI, PM, MM) and workflows, MS Office is an advantage
  • Broad understanding of business and PTP policies, process and work instructions is an advantage
  • Strong service management and communication skills
