RPA Manager - Your future position?


Come and join a thriving, new and innovative performance improvement team in our growing GBS organization in Budapest! As a member of our RPA team you will be responsible for managing the process automation governance for current and future processes. You will prepare recommendations to the RPA Decision Board for validation of initiatives. You will promote process automation within the organisation, define and implement an engagement process with the business – ’face and voice’ of RPA within the Givaudan organisation. In this role you will:


  • Work closely with all levels within the Givaudan organisation to optimize efficiency and benefits via RPA
  • Support opportunity identification, raise awareness about RPA functionalities within and outside of GBS organization
  • Ensure the optimal usage of visual workforce in the operational environment through continuous robots performance improvement
  • Manage and lead the team of RPA developers as well as allocate resources according to business and project need
  • Provides consultancy, contribute and assign resources to global projects and small demands at various steps: requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Define and execute RPA platform road map in line with the agreed business and IM&T strategy.

Your professional profile includes:


  • Master degree in Business Administration, Economy or Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in the IT Domain or in global IT projects,  or RPA organizations
  • Minimum 3 years experience in being an international team player working across countries all around the globe while building and managing teams in a matrix environment
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of RPA solutions and RPA development lifecycle
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement is highly desired
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, with customer - centric approach
