Raw Material R&F Operational Buyer - Your future position?

As a Raw Material R&F Operational Buyer, you will work in a centralized role close to the supply planning capability, focused on assigned vendors or categories, accountable and responsible for the entire requisition and fulfillment (R&F) processing. You will manage raw material (RM) availability and plant or region-specific issue resolution to ensure security of supply, besides taking direction from the Supply Manager Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks.

You will be based in Budapest and will report directly to the Raw Material R&F Team Lead.

In this exciting role you will:

PO Management:

• Release Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfillment instructions defined by the global Category Managers and within quality and time constraints

• Track and follow up on Purchase Orders deliveries to ensure the security of the supply

• Manage import licenses and end-use certificates for concerned raw materials

• Run consignment stock consumption reports and associated settlements. Coordinate physical stock reconciliation with suppliers

Issue Resolution:

• Manage Raw Material availability issue resolution with plant Raw Material planners

• Coordinate delivery and quality non-conformities concerning respective plant partners

• Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice non-conformities

• Support the follow-up on planning, quality, and accounts payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base

Supplier Management:

• Manage suppliers and their OTIF performance.

• Resolve major suppliers' issues and complaints.

• Implement improvement action plans discussed/agreed upon with Vendor Performance Analyst and Category Managers

Your professional profile includes:

• College or University degree

• Fluency in English

• 1+ years of relevant experience in procurement R&F RM

• Experience of knowledge transfer activity

• Experience with relevant SAP modules (MM, MRP) and Procurement tools

• Experience of MS excel (can perform complex functions)
