Raw Material R&F Operational Buyer - Your future position?
Centralized role close to the supply planning capability, focused on assigned vendors or catego-ries, accountable and responsible for the entire requisition & fulfillment (R&F) processing. Managing raw material (RM) availability and plant or region specific issue resolution to ensure security of supply. Taking direction from the Supply Manager Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks. Report to Raw Material R&F Team Leader.
You will:
Day to day operations in the R&F RM area:
1. PO Management:
• Release Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfillment instructions defined by the global Category Managers and within quality and time constraints
• Track and follow up closely Purchase Orders deliveries to ensure security of supply
• Manages import licenses and end-use certificates for concerned raw materials
• Run consignment stock consumption reports and associated settlements. Coordinate physical stock reconciliation with suppliers
2. Issue Resolution:
• Manage Raw Material availability issue resolution in coordination with plant Raw Material planners
• Coordinate delivery and quality non conformities in relation with respective plant stakeholders
• Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice non conformities
• Support the timely follow-up on planning, quality and accounts payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base.
3. Supplier Management:
• Manage suppliers and their OTIF performance.
• Resolve major suppliers’ issues and complaints.
• Implement improvement action plans discussed/agreed with Vendor Performance Analyst and Category Managers
• Work with guidance from Supply Manager Experts and Team Lead
• Build constructive and effective relationships within local team
• Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or via email
• Adherence to service levels
• Adherence to policies and procedures

Your professional profile includes:
- Diploma: College or University degree
- Languages: Local language and fluent in English, additional good in French or German preferred
- Professional experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement R&F RM, Ex-perience of knowledge transfer activity, SSC/GBS experience is an advantage
- Software skills: Advanced knowledge of relevant SAP modules (SRM) and Procurement tools, advanced knowledge of MS office
