Replenishment Planner

Replenishment Planner - Your future position?
As a Replenishment Planner you will perform Replenishment Planning processes following defined standard operating procedures and maintain an overview of overall Replenishment Planning team activities. You will be a main point of contact for the team leads and the Head of Planning in relation to defined processes.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Actively work to improve processes
  • Provide professional support for colleagues
  • Build constructive relationships with teams and stakeholders
  • Be a contact person for with important stakeholders for operational topics
  • Proactive co-operation with other work streams within the GBS in overseeing the end-to-end process
  • Daily operations in the Replenishment Planning area:
  • For non-vendor managed materials:
    • Create and manage STOs until delivery (incl. STO non-conformance and returns)
    • Identify slow and obsolete inventory batches, review status and facilitate necessary stock transfers
    • Promise orders for ship from stock items
    • Work with Production Planners on production scheduling

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with SAP PP/MM modules is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
