Junior Replenishment Planner - Your future role?
As a Junior Replenishment Planner in our Budapest office, you will perform Replenishment Planning processes in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and aid peers on overall Replenishment Planning team activities. You will contribute to the achievement of Replenishment Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
Main responsibilities:
- Building constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Communicating effectively with internal peers through communication tools
- Day to day operations in the Replenishment Planning area
- Adherence to service level.
- Adherence to policies and procedures
For Givaudan affilliate’s buys:
- Conversion of material requirements (PRs) into stock transfer orders (STOs) in SAP, check if the data is correct (QC, Incoterms, routes, packaging, price, Kosher, Halal, Dairy)
- Ensuring timely STO arrival with proper milestone follow up
- Communication and management of inbound check-points with 3 PL, 4PL and road hub transportation teams
- Finding alternative sources by analyzing stocks and demand in affiliates when there is an issue with the current source
- Managing escalations for open orders
- Supporting STO non-conformance and returns
Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment, additional languages are an advantage
- 1 year of working experience, preferably in Planning, Logistics, Foreign Trade or Purchasing field
- Good MS Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience with SAP PP/MM modules is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage
