Reward intern - Your future position?
Provide day-to-day administrative support as part of the GBS HR Rewards Solutions Team. Report to.GBS HR Rewards Solutions Lead
You will:
• Support Compensation activities with Compensation and Rewards Specialist
• Contribute the promotion administration during ASR cycle
• Assist to global offer management activities
• Take part of Mercer/KF survey submission
• Support general reporting queries
• Manage the simple ASKME ticket cases

Your professional profile includes:
• Diploma: Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in related field)
• Languages: Fluent English,
• You are able to work minimum 20 hours/week especially Q4-Q1
• Required competencies:
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint),
• Empathy and customer-focused attitude
• Ambitious, interested, enthusiastic, logical thinking
