Overall Mission:

 

Join our dynamic GBS HR Rewards Solutions Team as a Rewards Intern, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and recognition. Your day-to-day administrative support will help us create a rewarding workplace culture, driving innovation and excellence in our rewards programs. You will be reporting to the GBS HR Compensation Solutions Manager, and working in close collaboration with the CoE Rewards Specialist.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Support the Job Catalogue review activities and high focus on administration through Stakeholder collaboration

  • Support Compensation activities with COE Rewards Specialist

 

You:

 

  • Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in a related field)

  • Languages: Fluent English

  • Can work a minimum of 30 hours/week

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint),

  • Empathy and customer-focused, proactive attitude
