Risk Control Intern - Your future position?

As a Risk Control Intern in Budapest, you will be in the Group Accounting & Risk Control team (Budapest), you will complete complex activities related to Internal Control (ICON) and Segregation of Duties (SoD). These activities are supporting the business and ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

You will report to the Risk Control Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

Perform internal control and SoD reporting processes in a timely and accurate manner, following the defined standard operating procedures. Prepare and maintain process manuals and work instructions. Support risk management activities.

Support the work of senior team members. Complete any other tasks assigned by senior team members or the Risk Control Manager.

Segregation of duties (SoD)

• Operate the control and sanity check in the GRC system on a daily basis.

• Perform periodic monitoring processes (weekly SOD reports)

Internal Control (ICON)

• Manage spot checks by reviewing saved evidence on a monthly basis and providing feedback to control owners.

Audit support

• Provide support for onsite external audit work. Coordinate with relevant partners to provide all requested documents for auditors.

You have:

• Studies: Ongoing/active University or College ( preferably Finance/Accounting/Economics) studies in Hungary

• Languages: Fluent in English

• MS office and knowledge of Excel is an advantage
