SAP Consultant - Quality & Maintenance - Your future role?

As an SAP Consultant in one of our offices within Europe, you will be in the Quality Management functional area. Focus areas are SAP Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, SAP Audit management, SAP Global Batch Traceability, SAP Project Systems, SAP Multiple Resource Scheduling and Output Management. You will contribute to SAP and Non SAP solution proposals based on our requirements (projects or regular change requests) and maintain SAP and SAP related systems' overall execution consistency on the long run in the area of Givaudan Operations.

You will report to the Quality and Maintenance Product Manager.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to SAP Quality Management, SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Project systems solution proposals based on our requirements (projects or regular change requests), with focus on Standard SAP and Industry best practice. Ensure completeness of documentation (process flows, procedures and operations documents, Functional Designs, Training materials) related to new solutions being developed or customized according to internal procedures. Contribute to the support of the productive system by reviewing / validating changes managed by Application Services (Level 2 Support). •

  • Consult and contribute to projects at multiple steps: requirements, specifications writing / validation and testing. Design new solutions, configure system(s) and test new solutions; this includes supporting project/ Product teams to design solutions guided by the initiative. Foresee future evolutions of all applications under Quality/ Maintenance Products.

  • Use the very best of you: Capable of understanding, expressing and translating our requirements to system solution at a conceptual level (business to IT translation). And able to accept challenges. Culturally aware to manage our requirements. Willing to integrate an existing environment and an existing project team. Ability to lead a design or test team.

 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Computer Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the IT Domain or in global IT projects

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as functional consultant/ designer in SAP Quality & Plant Maintenance Management

  • In-depth understanding of the SAP QM module, SAP PM Module (Experience in other SAP modules advantageous: PS, MRS, GBT, PLA, MM, SD).

  • In-depth technical knowhow on SAP development practices

  • Fluent English

  • Experience in testing domain: in test coordination, test strategy, test plans, test execution using HPALM.
