Senior HR Advisor - Your future role?

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will support the HR Services team to resolve general HR-related queries/requests effectively by applying organizational policies and procedures and escalating complex queries to the next line of support within GBS across the following areas Core Employee Admin, 1st Level Advisory Services, Data Input and Reporting, Talent and Performance Management, On-boarding, Talent Acquisition.

You will be based in Budapest (hybrid role, #LI-Hybrid) and will report directly to the .

 

In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will include:

 

Service Delivery

  • Handle customer queries/requests escalated by HR Advisors Local HR

  • Responsible for the country calls preparation and to manage  the country calls

  • Apply organizational policies, practices and procedures to analyse situations or data from which customer query/request can be readily resolved

  • Investigate on requests which cannot be resolved by analysing the nature of the request / diagnosing the problem and route them to the appropriate next line support within GBS; prioritize issues

  • Collaborate  and Coordinate with other team members of GBS, as necessary, to resolve complex customer queries/requests

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and research inconsistencies in information before resolving customer query

  • Adhere to policies and procedures and service levels

Documentation

  • Support HR Services to document information regarding customer queries and resolution according to standard operating procedures and produce reports when necessary

  • Identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation and/or better leverage of HRIS – communicate to GBS HR Solutions Optimisation for review

Knowledge management

  • Drive knowledge management within the HR  Services maintain latest versions of  HR policies and procedures

  • Be up to speed on the latest policy changes in HR policies and procedures and eventually the train the HR Services on the changes in collaboration with other HR Teams

Vendor management

  • Engage with third party agencies as and when required and ensure they meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and key performance indicators

Reporting

  • Prepare pre-built GBS reports with minor changes if required

 

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • College or University Degree

  • Fluency in English and French and/or German

  • 1 + years of experience of working in a shared service environment/ customer service environment

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications SuccessFactors preferably

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
