Senior HR Dashboard Developer - Your future role?

As a Senior HR Dashboard Developer, you will manage and provide comprehensive reporting and analysis for HR data globally. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards tailored to HR, facilitating a data-driven approach to human resource management. Additionally, this role serves as a key enabler for the integration and utilization of new BI, HRIS, and recruitment technologies, enhancing analytics capabilities and driving data decision-making.

You will be based in Budapest, Hungary (hybrid role, #LI-Hybrid) and will report directly to the Global HR Support & Analytics Manager.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Build dashboards to meet HR needs using business intelligence tools
  • Run reporting on a monthly, weekly, and daily cycle focused on HR metrics
  • Conduct ad hoc analytics related to HR data
  • Actively participate in gathering and translating HR customer requirements using Design Thinking and Agile approaches (User stories, iterative development, pilots)
  • Prepare HR-related data sets and work with systems and databases
  • Streamline and automate dashboard refreshes for HR reporting
  • Drive HR-related projects and solutions at a business area level
  • Provide a focal point for stakeholder relationships within HR
  • Continuously improve HR dashboards and reports
  • Build/modify/maintain databases as required for HR analytics
  • Be an ambassador for good data visualization practices in HR reporting and help train colleagues and users in HR-related data usage
  • Proactively participate in improvements in the suite of HR dashboards and reports
  • Interact with the IT departments for data and system support when required
  • Autonomously manage and take ownership of dashboard and reporting project-related responsibilities

 

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • University degree in fields related to HR, business, IT, or sciences
  • Fluency in English
  • Professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience indashboard development
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in an HR related field in an advantage
  • Technical skills
  • Proven experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, to enhance dashboard functionality and automate processes is an advantage
  • User Experience, Data visualization, data storytelling
  • Experience with Snowflake is an advantage
