Senior Strategic Talent Sourcer, 1-year assignment  – Your Future Position?

 

The role of Senior Strategic Talent Sourcer within our Executive and Strategic Talent Sourcing Function is created to harmonize our combined approach to workforce planning, talent engagement, selection, and assessment efforts across the European region. The position will play an instrumental role in continuing to develop the operating model as a proactive talent engagement and attraction force that is capable of anticipating short and long-term business needs by building and managing Talent Communities, leveraging on market intelligence, and partnering with the senior leadership in our key functions on a regional and global scale.

 

This is a strategic advisory function, focused on global stakeholder management and project management of high-priority and niche recruiting assignments while combining market intelligence that ensures we offer a new scale of recruitment solutions. 

 

Your main responsibilities in this position comprise these 4 key elements:  
Strategic Sourcing

•    Designing and executing a roadmap of talent identification and engagement measures of senior leadership roles in close alignment with Regional Business Leads and with HR Business Partners

 

Assessment and Selection

•    End-to-end project management of niche recruitments: Maintaining regional oversight of the progress of international recruitment initiatives to ensure hiring activities are synchronized with business needs. Driving the execution of candidate engagement regionally to identify, attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talents. The main focus areas are the commercial and technical positions. 

 

Stakeholder Advisory

•    Involve and include senior stakeholders in relationship building where appropriate. Develop and maintain business acumen and fruitful relations with top stakeholders to simultaneously understand the changing dynamics of the organization and align hiring-related business priorities in line with our diversity goals.

 

Network Engagement

•    Act as a Talent Acquisition Ambassador and contact person to key talents interested in joining Givaudan today or in the future. You’ll be responsible for mapping and looking after networks and hidden talent pools for key recurrent roles in close collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition team.
 
Your talent profiles for this role:

 

•    A minimum of 6 years’ recruitment experience ideally gained combining recruitment agency and in-house recruitment experience
•    At least 4 years of end-to-end life-cycle management experience in the FMCG, Pharma, or Biotech industry and a proven track record in a multinational organization in a Senior Stakeholder facing position
•    Experience creating and managing search strategies, mapping markets, and gleaning industry insights •    Knowledge of social media and social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, job boards, and professional organizations •    Strong analytical, and research skills and ability to leverage tools and technology to analyze data
•    Highly developed Influencing and relationship-building skills in a matrix environment
•    Business fluency in the English language
