We are looking for an ethusiastic, driven people lead to join our TA team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - for a fixed term, 1 year period.
Your main responsibilities:
- Enable high level of quality and efficient service delivery
- Drive optimal use of capacity within the team via effective resource management and use of technology to optimise delivery
- Manages capabilities, back-up plans and induction activities
- Drive operational performance, service delivery excellence within the relevant team and monitor performance of the team against performance/quality standards defined
- Enable quality check activities to ensure consistency of service delivery activities
- Analyse information and identifying trends or areas of risk exposure
- Drive action to resolve operational issues, gaps
- Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) under the guidance of seniors, ensure rules are followed by the team during execution to maintain efficiency and consistency in service Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures
- Provide input to GBS HR Lead on process improvement opportunities for relevant sub-process area, ensure the implementation of agreed process improvement initiatives
- Take ownership of reporting, analytics
People management
- Manage and develop assigned team members
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members as required
- Participate in recruitment of team members
- Perform goal setting and performance review for team members
Stakeholder management
- Act as an escalation point for process / system issues and questions as per the GBS HR Service Management Framework
- Keep regular contact with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality of service delivery
Your background:
- University degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in function-specific role or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in managerial role
- Experience of working in shared services environment
