Statistical Forecasting Analyst

Statistical Forecasting Analyst - Your future position?
As a Statistical Forecasting Analyst you will perform Statistical Forecasting processes in a timely and accurate manner, following defined standard operating procedures and maintain an overview of overall Statistical Forecasting team activities. You will contribute to the achievement of Statistical Forecasting performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements. 


In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

  • Analyse history based on demand pattern and forecastability
  • Evaluate system algorythm selection accordingly
  • Incorporate feedback from Demand Planners and Customer Care to improve statistical forecasting baseline 
  • Improve SAP IBP forecasting parameters through continuous analysis and external inputs
  • Report and root cause analysis of Forecast Accuracy and Bias
  • Provide professional support for stakeholders

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • 1+ years of experience in an analytical role
  • Innovative, flexible, strong "Out of the Box Thinking" mentality - open to new forecasting concepts 

 

Nice to Have:

  • Project and stakeholder management experiences
  • Experience with SAP 
  • Experience with forecasting processes
  • Experience with supply chain/demand planning processes
