SuccessFactors Solution Lead

SuccessFactors Solution Lead - Your future position?

 

As a SuccessFactors Solution Lead, you will build solutions in the Human Resources functional area, with focus on Success-Factors, PeopleDOC based on business requirements (projects or regular change requests). You will ensure SAP and SAP-related systems' overall evolution consistency in the long run for Human Resources. Besides that, you will be responsible for the support of the mentioned systems via AskHR ticketing tool and manage the quarterly SAP SF releases.

In this exciting position you will be responsible for the following activities:

 

Solutions Implementation, Development, and Support

 

  • Owns the overall solution in the Human Resources area, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors (Modules Onboarding, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, Compensation), PeopleDOC.
  • In particular ensures documentation related to new solutions being developed or customized according to internal procedures is written (Procedures and operations documents, Mega Maps, Functional Designs, Training mate-rials). 
  • Supports Productive Systems in Monitoring overall backlog of AskHR tickets and ensures a support team is in place for resolution.
  • Coordinates overall SuccessFactors Quarterly Releases in own area of expertise. Consolidates mandatory up-dates for the Business, and coordinates execution of Non-Regression Tests. Present Opt-in updates and new solution capabilities to the Business according to their interest.

 

Demands / Projects

 

  • Contributes to projects at various steps: Demand scope, Demand Analysis, Solution validation, Testing approach definition.
  • Ensures integration of solution across functional teams.

 

People Management

 

  • Coaches team members and ensures process & knowledge sharing among IM&T community. 
  • Manages capacity of the team and handling HR functions for any direct line reports. 
  • Provides consultancy, contributes and assigns resources to global projects at various steps: requirements, design, build, test, testing and deployment.

 

Education/ primary qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Computer Engineering or in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the IT Domain or in global IT projects & Minimum 3 years experience with SuccessFactors
  • Minimum 2 years experience in being an international team player working across countries and at the global level and managing people across multiple countries.
  • Thorough experience and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Good knowledge of the development lifecycle
  • Good experience in system specification and design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven success in the testing domain: in test coordination, test strategy, test plans, test execution using HPALM.
