Supplier Enablement & Onboarding Analyst - Temporary, your future role?

 

Please note: this will be a temporary role with a fixed-term contract until December 2026.

 

Are you passionate about Procurement Operations and ready to make a difference in the world's leader in Flavours and Fragrances?

 

You will join our Supplier Enablement & Onboarding team, taking part of Givaudan's Global Business Services (GBS), which provides support to our Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty businesses in Europe.

 

Working with Global & Regional Subject Matter Experts partners and project teams, you will Support Supplier Enablement & Onboarding projects and their regional roll out, ensuring that Givaudan' suppliers are integrated into SAP Ariba network and fully supported throughout their relationship with us.

 

You will report to the Global Supplier Enablement Manager and you will work under a hybrid working model, 4 days from home and 1 day a week at our GBS offices located in Budapest.

 

 

 

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Analyze and report the status of Givaudan's Supplier Onboarding base.
  • Prepare data for Supplier Onboarding decisions.
  • Coordinate Supplier Onboarding data cleaning activities.
  • Escalate stream detected project risks to the Global Supplier Enablement Manager.
  • Perform solution tests for the Supplier Enablement Process.
  • Report updates about the progress of the Supplier Enablement Process and all identified risks resolution.
  • Participate in processes and systems design activities.
  • Coordinate SAP integration activities, escalate and address issues to the corresponding teams.
  • Prioritize suppliers for onboarding to the SAP Ariba Network.
  • Communicate with suppliers about the transition and the benefits of joining the SAP Ariba Network.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers for registration and use of the SAP Ariba platform.
  • Provide support to suppliers post-onboarding to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and engagement with the platform.
  • Identify and categorize suppliers based on their engagement levels, transaction volumes, and strategic importance.
  • Share and validate the proposed approach and vendor list with the procurement organization.
  • Engage with the procurement organization to embark new vendors to SAP Business Network during RFP.

Your professional profile must include:

 

  • Completed college or university studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar roles at international companies, preferably in Customer/Supplier Support.
  • Experience in data management, with large amount of data involved.
  • Experience in SAP or other procurement systems.
  • Advanced level of English, both oral and written. Additional German, Spanish, Dutch and Hungarian are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and an open personality.
