Supply Chain Analyst - Budapest (Hungary) - Your future position?

 

Overall mission:

 

Contribute to Supply Chain for a better customer satisfaction through high-level E2E overview of operational processes, facilitating regional escalations, and looking for improvement actions on the grounds of Continuous Improvement.

You will be based in Budapest, reporting to the Head of Demand Excellence Europe.

 

You will:

 

  • Continuously improve processes

  • Build constructive relationships with different teams and partners in the end-to-end Supply Chain

  • Be a contact person for important team members for operational topics

  • Partner with other work streams within the GBS and in the Divisions in overseeing the end-to-end process

  • Daily operations within the Demand Organization:

  • Monitor Customer orders, identify orders at risk and follow-up with partners

  • Manage resolution of exceptions orders (rushes) and orders in distress with company partners following Division guidelines

  • Oversee the prioritization in case of crisis following Division guidelines

  • Close follow up with partners to ensure the pending actions are accurate and updated

  • Collaborate with Customer Care front office to provide customers with the best alternatives

  • Propose and guide processes and organization optimization for more efficiency and reduced cost

  • Recur exceptions and Continuous Improvement with team members

  • Observe service levels

  • Follow procedures

 

You:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

  • Fluency in English

  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management

  • Experience with Supply Chain Systems (SAP, Excel)

  • Experience of knowledge transfer activity

  • Experience working in a shared service center

  • Supply Chain operational knowledge

  • Understand order life-cycle and related processes

  • Committed to develop yourself
