Sustainability Solutions Analyst - Your future role?

As a Sustainability Solutions Analyst, you will support the execution and delivery of Sustainability initiatives that align with the business strategy and needs.

You will be based in Budapest, Hungary (hybrid role, #LI-Hybrid), and you will report directly to the Sustainability Solutions Team Manager.

In this exciting role your main responsibilities will include:

Support Sustainability goals:

• Deliver high-quality solutions, with adherence to the defined processes and tools, and according to agreed performance indicators

• Support the preparation of Sustainability reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvements

• Support and process customer, media, and investors' questionnaires and requests including the management of assessment platforms

• Support the Responsible Sourcing Programme

• Coordinate and organize sustainability audits

Analyze data:

• Analyze Sustainability data to identify opportunities

• Initiate business process improvements and participate in projects

Administrate:

• Manage and execute documentation crafting, checking, and sharing workflows

• Coordinate and maintain Sustainability Service Portal content and make recommended changes and updates

• Administration of IT systems, tools, databases, company user IDs for various platforms (Reporting dashboard, Platform SMETA, etc.)

• Craft regular status updates for internal stakeholders and follow up / update action plans

• Perform other duties and manage ad-hoc projects

Collaborate:

• Interact with operational teams in GBS Centers and Divisions

• Work closely with the relevant subject matter experts/owners within the Global Sustainability team

Your professional profile includes:

• University or College Degree

• Fluency in English

• At least 1-3 years of experience preferably in the sustainability area

• Solid knowledge of MS office & Google tools

• Advanced analytical skills, ability to transform data into useful information

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
