Sustainability Solutions Analyst Team Lead (Environmental Sustainability specialization) - Your future position?

 

As a Sustainability Solutions Analyst Team Lead in our Budapest office, you will deliver high quality solutions for Givaudan to enable the acceleration and scaling up of the Sustainability team strategic agenda by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders. 

 

Main responsibilites: 

 

Team Management:

  • Lead their team of analysts to deliver Sustainability services and solutions to the organisation
  • Take care of people management aspects of their direct reports (objective setting, performance review, development plans, etc)
  • Assess and estimate team capacity and resourcing needs, and provide needed details to Solutions Manager
  • In charge of the hiring, training and capabilities development of their team
  • Support proper governance within the team for optimal delivery of processes (R&R, backups, etc)
  • Act as backup in case of absence of Sustainability Solutions Manager

 

Deliver Sustainability Solutions:

  • Drive the delivery of allocated solutions, taking full responsibility for overall solution planning, delivery and performance
  • Design and deliver high quality Sustainability solutions (processes, tools, performance indicators), in partnership with key internal stakeholders
  • Own, design and review process documentation structure and content (e.g. SOPs)
  • Oversee and manage relevant IT systems, tools, databases
  • Manage and maintain data records within relevant digital solutions
  • Drive the identification, analysis and implementation of process/solution improvement opportunities & scope (continuous improvements)
  • Provide relevant selected data for Givaudan’s annual reporting, also participating in external assurance activities related to these data
  • Provide regular status updates for internal stakeholders and follow up / update action plans
  • Participate and contribute to programs and projects with relevant subject matter experts/owners within the Global Sustainability team and sponsors/SMEs from other Givaudan functions
  • Perform other duties and manage ad-hoc projects linked to the Sustainability team agenda
  • Work closely with the Solutions Manager and with the relevant owners within the Global Sustainability team. The solutions allocated to them and their team include: External ESG ratings assessments, External stakeholder requests, Sustainability information portal management, External audits and Sustainability programmes related processes and solutions

 

Your professional profile includes:

  • College / University degree
  • Fluent English level 
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in sustainability related roles and with project delivery experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office & Google tools
