Talent Acquisition Digital Specialist, 1-year assignment – Your Future Position?
Talent Acquisition Digital Specialist is a brand new opportunity to use your recruitment and sourcing knowledge and combine it with data and digital tools to provide solutions on a global scale.
The role is either located in Budapest, Hungary, Buenos Aires, Argentina or KL, Malaysia and reports directly to the Global Strategic and Executive Talent Sourcing Lead.

Your professional profile includes:

2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
-
2-3 years of data visualisation, data analytics or related marketing background
-
familiarity with working in a matrix organisation
Key Responsibilities:

Market Mapping & Talent Pipelining:
-
Coordinate global needs for market mappings and talent pipelining.

Collect and create global, regional, and local market intelligence.

Analyze market data and create REQ-specific data visualizations.
-
Monitor competition and support digital TA innovation.

Service Delivery:
-
Implement strategies developed by the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.

Collaborate with TA stakeholders globally.
-
Develop and standardize processes for Market Mapping and Talent Pipelining.

Create market analytics for specific recruitment projects.
-
Support the global TA team in implementing new digital tools and preparing training material.

Governance & Compliance:
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
-
Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders.
-
Maintain data integrity and adhere to government regulations.
-

Documentation:
-
Update and maintain relevant data and materials for talent acquisition.

Ensure safe and compliant storage of data in internal HR systems.
