Integration Engineer (Technology Platform)

Integration Engineer (Technology Platform) - Your future position? 

As an Integration Engineerwith Givaudan, You will perform advisory and implementation services on Integration Technologies. Do you have some experience developping data flows with webMethods Integration Server / Talend Studio? Our role might be a great opportunity for you:

 

You will:

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new interfaces in collaboration with Project teams 
  • Maintain knowledge of existing interfaces through relevant documentation
  • Develop practices, technology standards and toolset to improve the efficiency of our Integration team

 

Product design and project execution 

  • Conduct necessary analyses with Project teams that lead to the delivery of the high level functional specifications 
  • Implement/Develop integration solutions throughout our full suite of Integration Technologies (webMethods Integration Server, Talend Studio, Web Services).
  • Problem Diagnosis and Resolution (Act as L3 subject matter expert in complex problem resolution), Investigation & Diagnose escalated incidents
  • Contribute to the quality of delivered solutions through testing
  • Support roll-out and Contribute to handover to operations and support teams

 

Others

  • Anticipate & suggest organizational/process evolutions in order to increase efficiency, propose relevant system upgrades and adaptations
  • Help define standards - Including security (Policy lifecycle mgmt)
  • Participate to Continous Improvement Backlog definition and Continuous Improvement Programs delivery
  • Report to Technology Platform Manager

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any other relevant field
  • 1 to 5+ years in development using webMethods Integration Server and Talend Studio to deliver complex technical interfaces involving various different technologies.
  • Some knowledge of:
  • Relational Databases/SQL
  • Java Programming language 
  • Understand and work with various Application Programming Interfaces (API) 
  • Comfortable to work within global projects
  • Curious and interested about Digital and Information Technologies
