Operations Excellence Manager

As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will be leading the Continuous Improvement strategy that drives measurable productivity gains, cost reduction, revenue generation, service improvements and im-proved quality through the use of LEAN SIX SIGMA Methodology while leading a culture of continuous im-provement.  


Core Responsibilities
Collaborate: Works with management to define projects and priorities for the site/region/function. Imple-ment and maintain core continuous improvement processes and standards. Works with management to define and implement the change & communication strategy. Collaborates with Global Teams, leads/supports major Global Projects, re-designing processes, defining best practices. 
Influence: Utilize proven skills of leading & influencing others to accomplish meaningful tasks. Coach/train/mentor improvement team members.  Challenge status quo & look for more effective ways to meet key process/business objectives. 
Implement: Leads the implementation of   Continuous Improvement initiatives, monitor/tracks progress. Consistently track record on improvement projects including change management. Proven capabilities in project management. Able to create presentations that drive understanding and create a compelling story. 


Academic Background
•    University Degree in Engineering or Science
•    Black Belt Certification


Professional Experience
•    7+ years of relevant functional/technical experience in a related industry
•    3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement
