Raw Materials Planner

As a raw material planner, you will be part of a site planning team responsible for material requirements planning (MRP) activities in order to secure that products can be manufactured and supplied on time to customers as per defined quality standards and operative KPIs.
Perform day-to-day Planning Activities
- Reviews and analyzes procurement requirements in MRP (Material Requirement Planning) optimizing VMI, Consignment Stock, Raw Materials in accordance with MOQ and lead time to allow for on-time completion of manufacturing requirements as well as hitting KPI targets for on hand inventory.
- Develop a deep understanding of the replenishment systems and processes being able to solve issues when they occur and also creating a proactive approach to manage profiles (materials)
- Resolve or escalate issues working with internal and external stakeholders (production, customer care and global affiliates) as required.
- Inventories Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment) to achieve business waste and working capital targets.
Collaborate
- Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders (GBS,Logistics, Production, Quality, Transport, Customer Care).
- Act as contact person for key internal and external stakeholders for operational topics.
- Proactive co-operation with other work streams within the Givaudan’s Business Solutions (GBS) in overseeing the end-to-end process.
Improve
- Improving system and processes utilization enhancing service to customers.
- Share best-practices and ideas with your team, involve cross-functional teams if necessary to achieve the most efficient ways of working.
- Supports cost reduction projects and improvement initiatives to achieve overall business objectives.

Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent planning experience is essential
- 2+ years of experience in supply planning, supply chain, production planning
- SAP PP/MM module knowledge is as advantage
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI,BO)
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Analytical skills
- Strong customer focus mindset
- Lean green belt or project management experience is an advantage
