Site Buyer IM&S - Your future role?

As a Sites Buyer you will execute sourcing process for all relevant IM&S (Indirect Materials and Services) categories for the site and identify and reduce risk to bring the required supply of goods and services within corporate guidelines and local policies. You will report to the Senior Buyer (IM&S) - Egypt and you will be located in 6th October City.

 

You will:

  • Create / Amend Purchase Orders / XApps Contracts / Blanket POs in SAP / SRM. 

  • Communicate to Content Management Team for Packaging / Engineering PIR updation 

  • Vendor Code Creation / Updation Process (follow up for duly filled in form, communicate to EDM team, Clear OSS) 

  • Support Vendor Deactivation Process 

  • Follow up for quote and preparation of comparatives

  • Ensure adherence of Procurement / Audit Guidelines while handling transactional role (necessary quotes, specs are attached) 

  • Support Negotiation for C Class items

  • Maintain list of all contracts into Google Drive and follow up with users for renewal / cancellation 

  • Manage Source List for the site (for all the vendors / categories) 

  • Follow up on Responsible Sourcing

  •  

You?

  • Bachelor level

  • English and Arabice fluency is mandatory

  • 3 to 5 years of procurement experience.

  • Experience working as a Site buyer

  • SAP knowledge

  • Negotiation Skills
