We know that our path to success is within our people. As a Management Trainee you will one day become one of the future leaders of our company. You will participate in an 18-24 month program that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities.

 

Operations Leadership Program is ideal for you if you have basic professional experience using core technical into a Leadership role in a people-intensive manufacturing / production environment, You will report directly to the Head of Operations in Egypt, located in 6th of October city, industrial zone.

 

Here is our exciting role for you:

  • Work in different departments such as manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, quality control or engineering to gain perspective.

  • Work with and through management to plan and direct the work of the organization as well as to develop and implement actions/projects that improve productivity.

  • Use various reports to analyse and Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial actions to manage business situations.

  • Help set policies.

  • Comply with and pass training program milestones such as e.g. business case presentations, project management deliverables, classroom training tests, lecture reports/minutes. 

You?

  • Min. 2 years experience in similar field

  • Bachelor's Degree within Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

  • Fluency in English Language

  • Supervisory and leadership experience

  • Experience in an Industrial/manufacturing setting

  • Relevant internship experience

  • Good knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

  • Basics of financial concepts (e.g. OPEX, CAPEX) and tools (e.g. SAP).
