Sales Assistant

You will be reporting to the Key Account Manager and located in 6th of October City, as part of the team you will be handling the below tasks:

 

  • You will Work & Develop professional relations with customers
  • Understand / Meeting customer expectations
  • You will coordinate at different department levels
  • You will work with customers and Key Account Managers for receipt and release of orders to SOM. You are also expected to follow up at several stages of production and warehousing till dispatch, preparing commercial invoices and MIS reports and answer multiple queries that the customer or Key Account Managers may have.

 

You Will:

 

  • Be a link between the application laboratories and customer to ensure samples, price quotations and tasting sheets are received.
  • Obtain all relevant regulatory documents to accompany same package
  • Obtain all relevant information for questionnaire and product information as requested y customers
  • Maintain customer database
  • Order processing
  • Complaint handling
  • Forecast and distribution / agency operations handling
  • Collate sales statistics
  • Help with all other activities to improve Sales & Marketing performance
  • Work with commercial tools and systems

 

You Have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant
  • 6+years of experience in a similar environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Customer-focused
  • Details oriented
