As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our Operations team, dedicated to ensuring the continuous improvement of process and asset reliability. Collaborating with our experienced engineers, you'll contribute to the detection and elimination of defects, supporting our mission to enhance reliability engineering strategies.

 

Your Title: Reliability Engineer
You'll be located:Carol Stream, IL
Reports to: Maintenance Engineer

 

You Will:
•    Help determine cost-effective maintenance tasks for asset failure prevention.
•    Support in the development of failure analysis reports, aiding in cause determination.
•    Aid in the design, and installation of predictive maintenance programs.
•    Participate in technical reviews of projects and equipment reliability specifications.
•    Contribute to the identification and elimination of bad actors, optimizing equipment availability.
•    Provide support to maintenance repairs and production teams in reliability processes.
•    Help coordinate routine maintenance activities to minimize business changes.
•    Participate in daily inspections of production machines and equipment.
•    Help diagnose and report breakdown problems.
•    Help monitor the availability and condition of maintenance tools and equipment.
•    Support in monitoring the performance of technical service contractors.
•    Help coach maintenance staff.
•    Provide technical advice on operational implications of capital projects.

 

Your Profile:
•    Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering or related discipline.
•    1-3 years of experience manufacturing plants as a Maintenance/Reliability Engineer.
•    Basic knowledge of reliability tools and maintenance process management.
•    Proficiency in technical engineering and problem diagnosis.
•    Familiarity with TPM, Indicator, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing principles.
•    Knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines.
•    SAP knowledge
•    Basic understanding of people management.
