As an Import/Export Coordinator, you will coordinate activities of Importation of Raw Materials (essential oils, all destinations). You will monitor the related admistrative processes. You will take care of import of samples from suppliers. You will manage Shipments of goods to customers and related samples (mainly export, extra CEE) for our plant in Caronno Pertusella.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will:
- Check conformity of import documents for correct values, commodity classifications, tariff codes and authorizations
- Work in conjunction with customs brokers to ensure all required customs clearance procedures and documentation are complied with
- Ensure compliance with National legislation (Italy)
- Sample Import/Export management on a daily basis
- Manage shipment(s) and export of finished products to our Customers on a daily basis and monitor the correct deliveries with relevant parties (CSR , forwarders).
- Freight management control: analysis and evaluation of the shipping rates finding the most competitive price/service
- Monitoring the related administrative processes. Good knowledge of the incoterms application, VAT rules, triangular trading operation, complain and returning goods management
Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Logistics or equivalent
• Professional Experience (min 5 to 7 years) in supply chain/ transport
- Strong skills in import/export (European and International normative)
• Fluent Italian and English
• Good knowledge of transportation and related regulations. Knowledge on essentials oils transportation and/or dangerous goods regulation is really appreciated
• Good IT skills (MS office, …)
- Team working oriented, passion and flexibility in working, precision and planning ability, customer focus.
